RPM Resources Limited operates RPM AMS. This notice explains how personal information is handled when you use the application or when our managed agents and connected services provide evidence for your organisation. Your organisation may also be a responsible party for its own users and systems.

Information and sources

We process account names, work email addresses, roles, sign-in and security events, support requests, report activity, and customer tenant settings. Managed agents and approved integrations provide device, service, licence, backup, endpoint protection, and operational evidence. This information comes from you, your organisation, its managed systems, or connected service providers.

Why we process it

We use information to provide contracted monitoring, reporting and support; secure account access; investigate incidents; maintain audit records; and meet applicable legal duties. Contact and sign-in information is required to provide an account. Optional fields are identified when requested. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to create or secure access to the service.

Sharing, safeguards and location

Access is limited by customer and role. Information may be shared with authorised customer users, contracted service providers that support AMS, and authorities where legally required. We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials and audit records. Some connected providers or support services may process information outside South Africa; applicable customer agreements and provider safeguards govern those transfers.

Retention and your rights

We retain information for the service and audit purposes for which it was collected, subject to contractual retention settings and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required. You may request access or correction, object to processing where applicable, or raise a privacy complaint. We may need to confirm your identity and your organisation's authority before disclosing tenant data.
